The Renaissance Fund is an operating company, not a private equity fund. The Renaissance Fund builds and owns companies as long-term holdings. Acquisitions may be funded by either the principal, a select group of high net worth families or internally generated cash flows. All Renaissance Fund investors have close ties to both the principal and the Fund strategy and are seeking to build long term value.

Alex Miller is the principal and founder of the Renaissance Fund. Alex is responsible for identifying, evaluating, acquiring and managing Renaissance Fund companies.
